A Spiritual Experience

Ok so as I was walking home from work one day a lady had stopped me and asked me about the temple and what we do in there and so I gave her a brief explanation on how we keep sacred coventants in there with Heavenly Father and make promises and ect. and then here came the "Golden Question"? "How do we become a member?" or along those lines all I knew is that I was stumped and didn't know how to answer them, luckily though the temple square sisters were walking towards where I was and so I told them that the sisters could answer their questions for them and handed them over, Such a great mission experience though. I am going to share two stories about my brother's experiences so far because I thought they were funny and so anyways here it goes in my brother's words: Ha I have two stories to share the first one was yesterday and it was just really funny. Well we were on the bus and all of a sudden this arabic guy tells us to come over to him. Well he tells us that we are Jews and all Christians are going to heck. Haha he was just telling us some crazy stuff, He was Islamic, which I definitely don't have anything against them, they are like the nicest people I know, but you could tell this guy just didn't have something there. Haha kinda crazy actually. He was seriously yelling at us in the bus with his broken English. "You no like the people in Africa, United States be evil!" Haha then ran out of the bus and was like raising his hands in the air yelling Islam, and like yelling at us. He was telling us these crazy stuff. Honestly we were kinda just ignoring him ha even though we were laughing a little too. I'm telling you there are some crazy people here. I feel like I've met almost all of them. Ha then again people probably think I'm crazy too, so I guess I'm one of them. I'll tell you a story that illustrates me. Haha so we were going to the metro in kind of a rush because the subway was almost there and it was almost our curfew. Ha well we had just gone to McDonald's to get some American food nice. Ha so we were going and I swiped my card into the machine that lets you thru. It's like one of the machines at place and it counts and it has those three poles sticking out. Well anyway I swipe my card and the light turns green, so I literally like run through it and it didn't turn, so I got the air knocked out of me and didn't get thru. Ha so I try going through again and the bar wouldn't budge. So here I am this American Missionary with a McDonald's sack in my hand trying to figure this out. I was getting pretty mad too. I starting like hitting the bar to get it to rotate and it just wouldn't budge. Haha I was becoming furious and there was like 15 people around me kinda peering over and watching. Ha there were three security guys in a circle and one was like "Mista" (He could tell I was American) Ha and he pointed to the machine one away from me. Turns our I was trying to go through the wrong gate the whole time. Ha so I sneak over and easily go through the one where I swiped my card.. It was so embarrasing. Haha but I could not stop laughing, same with Anziano Hirsh because he watched the whole thing (He got through his gate). I can only imagine what all the Italians must have thought seeing a stupid American going through the wrong gate with a missionary name tag and a McDonald's bag. Haha I am so silly!!! And I think other people are Pazzo (crazy). Anyways I could totally see my brother doing that and that's why it was so funny. I am so grateful for the gospel and to be a member and to serve while my brother is out too, It's been awesome to share experiences that I have with him. Anyways the church is TRUE!!!
